This modified breakfast burger was everything I wanted and more. It’s not often that a custom order is executed so flawlessly, and I truly appreciated the cook, Jasveer took the time to make sure everything was perfect. We have visited this Ricky's location multiple times. Every time we have visited, we have always been welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. The food and drinks are always consistently good. The service here is what keeps us coming back. Special thanks to Mahek who is always friendly, polite and attentive. She always ensures we have a great dining experience here!

Great service from Amy and the waffles were amazing. Everything was wonderful thanks to The chef (Simran). I appreciated the music in the background was easy to listen to and not loud. Ricky’s never disappoints.

Stopped at Hinton Ricky’s on our road trip back to BC. Everything was perfect. Food was yummy and fresh. Waitress, Mahek was the sweetest and super kind to our daughters. Restaurant and bathrooms were also super clean. Would definitely stop by again.

We stopped here on my way back to Edmonton from Jasper. It was the perfect place to eat as it offered breakfast, lunch, and cocktails. I had ordered the chicken and waffles with a Ceasar, and my guy ordered a California salad and a Ceaser as well. We were not disappointed. The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly for me. His salad had nice crispy, fresh lettuce.

Went for lunch today..forgive me I cannot remember the waitress name who was working the breakfast/lunch shift on March 3rd but she was amazing! Very polite and always had a smile making sure we had everything we needed. The food was also amazing! Compliments to the cook for making an amazing fish and chips meal as i am very picky when it comes to ordering fish in a restaurant but it was perfect! Management should be proud of the employees that work in there. It was over all a wonderful lunch! Thank you!
